3. Products

ELEEVN offers premium football-inspired fashion products and jerseys.
All product images, descriptions, and colors are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production adjustments.

ELEEVN reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering Process

By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is concluded once ELEEVN ships the goods or explicitly confirms the order.

5. Prices & Taxes

All prices displayed on ELEEVN are shown in the selected currency and include applicable VAT where legally required.

Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment

ELEEVN accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. ELEEVN does not store full payment information.

ELEEVN reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

7. Shipping & Delivery

ELEEVN ships internationally within the available shipping regions shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure are outside the responsibility of ELEEVN.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service provider.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union may have a legal right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may be excluded from return eligibility unless legally required otherwise.

9. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, ELEEVN will process eligible refunds using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

ELEEVN reserves the right to refuse refunds for returned products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ELEEVN, including logos, designs, graphics, product concepts, text, and images, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission from ELEEVN is prohibited.

11. Authenticity Disclaimer

All ELEEVN products are independently designed creations inspired by football culture, heritage, and iconic moments.

ELEEVN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any football club, federation, player, league, or organization unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Liability

ELEEVN shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, except where mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

ELEEVN is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from improper use of products.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
